Directions to Events

Below are directions to Central Connecticut State University and Stafford Motor Speedway. As well as directions from CCSU to Stafford Motot Speedway. Please also see our PDF map to CCSU and to the Kaiser lot. All vehicles should park in Kaiser Lot.

To Central Connecticut State University

From the North (Massachusetts)
Take 91 South to 84 West to Exit 39A, to Rte. 9 South.
Get off Exit 29 and take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Ella T. Grasso Boulevard.
At the third traffic light, take a left into the Student Center Parking Lot and feel free to park in the garage in the event of inclement weather.

From the Southwest (Stamford/New Haven)
Take 95 North to 91 North to Exit 22 North, to Rte. 9 North.
Follow Rte. 9 North and take Exit 29, Rte. 175.
At the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp, go straight and follow Fenn Road to the second traffic light, and take a left turn onto Ella T. Grasso Boulevard.
At the fourth traffic light, take a left into the Student Center Parking Lot and feel free to park in the garage in the event of inclement weather.

From the Southeast (Groton/New London)
Take 95 South to Rte. 9 North to Exit 29, Rte. 175.
At the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp, go straight and follow Fenn Road to the second traffic light, and take a left turn onto Ella T. Grasso Boulevard.
At the fourth traffic light, take a left into the Student Center Parking Lot and feel free to park in the garage in the event of inclement weather.

From the East (Hartford)
Take 84 West to Exit 39A, to Rte. 9 South.
Get off Exit 29 and take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Ella T. Grasso Boulevard.

From the West (Danbury/Waterbury)
Take 84 East to Exit 39A, to Rte. 9 South.
Get off Exit 29 and take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Ella T. Grasso Boulevard.
At the third traffic light, take a left into the Student Center Parking Lot and feel free to park in the garage in the event of inclement weather.

To Stafford Motor Speedway

Take I-84 to Exit 70, turn left on Route 32 North and to Route 140 West.

From Providence, Rhode Island:
Follow Route 44 to Route 74 to Route 32 North, to Route 140 West.

From Springfield, Massachusetts:
Follow I-91 South to Route 190 East - Stafford Springs Exit.
Take Route 190 East to Route 140 in Stafford Springs.

From Boston, Massachusetts:
Take Mass Pike to Sturbridge / I-84 Exit. Take I-84 West to Exit 73.
Follow Route 190 West to Route 140 in Stafford Springs.

From CCSU To Stafford Motor Speedway

From New Britain, Connecticut:
Merge onto CT-9 North
Take exit 31 to merge onto I-84 E toward Hartford
Take the exit toward CT-32 N/River Rd
Turn left at CT-32 N/River Rd
At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Main St
light left at Park St
Turn right at Tolland Ave
Slight right at Park St
Turn right at West St
Destination will be on the left
