The Club

In the 2008 spring semester at Central Connecticut State University the Human Powered Vehicle club was officially recognized. The club was brought together by a few students and a professor who were very interested in applying the skills they learned in the classroom on an aerodynamic vehicle powered solely by human strength. Throughout each semester students work together in our project room on the first floor of Copernicus to improve past vehicles and design new ones. The club members come from various majors including Technology Education and BMS.
